At zphr you our customers (riders and drivers) our main priority is your safety. So everytime you book or accept a ride, we try to get a safe experience!

How? We have the profiles of all the drivers thoroughly verified so as to ensure your safety is always maintained. However, in a situation where you may feel at danger dial 911 and contact the support team through the app.

You can also set up emergency contacts in the app and you can contact your close family or friends directly from the app itself and let them know the situation. 

All drivers go through a background check.  Also after every ride we take feedback to know the overall experience and improve it if necessary.
