When Uber and Lyft launched, you as a driver or rider did not get a chance to “get in on the ground floor”. Well that is not going to be the case with ZPHR. ZPHR is willing to offer riders and drivers bonus shares on their investment in ZPHR. These bonus share will only be available for a short period of time and will not be available or repeated in future fund raisings. We are planning a crowd funding raise in the first or second quarter of 2024.
We know as a driver or rider things are tough and we only want you to invest a small amount that will not hurt you or your family. Yes, this is a speculative investment, and no we cannot guarantee any returns or that you will not lose your investment, that’s why we only want you to invest a small amount.
With that being said, we here at ZPHR feel that if drivers and rider are investors in the company it will help us grow and be successful and we want you to benefit from your hard work as a driver, or for your support as a rider.
So here’s the deal for Drivers and Riders who invest in ZPHR prior to June 01, 2024
The price per share is $1 per share, these are common shares, not preferred. Depending on how much you invest we are willing to offer bonus shares for your early investment.
